FAQ
Is shipping your products legal? Are amusing revenge gifts allowed?
Yes! Natural fertilizer — that’s what it is — is a perfectly ordinary commercial product. We use our famous elephant dung as well as pure horse or cow manure, just as it comes from the heap: a bit mixed with straw and with everything that crawls and flies. The cowpat, by the way, is more or less mushy and smells the strongest. Impressive — and a bestseller — are our elephant dumplings.
We ship every weekday. Domestic orders go out within two days of payment, usually the same day. Smaller amusing revenge gifts take one or two days, parcels two or three, and letter-box mail around four to five days.
Abroad: EU — mainly Austria, Switzerland and so on: 4–7 days in Europe, worldwide 7–14 days.
Domestic: The carrier is the postal service. Once the shipment has been handed over we have no influence over delivery — but something getting lost is extremely rare. Expensive and unnecessary. If something really goes wrong, well — we have plenty of manure and will send a replacement …
Will I stay anonymous if I send someone a manure gift?
Shipments to addresses in Germany go in outer packaging to the person who ordered. There is nothing from our side that would let the lucky recipient identify us, the maker, or the buyer. Discretion is everything: no sender label, no stamp, no advertising inserts — absolutely nothing.
Forwarding: Tracking (registered mail) you could add is superfluous, because you have everything in your own hands when you send it on.
Shipments abroad: Here we put a fictitious sender and declare the shipment as a gift worth €3 if a customs declaration is required. No extra cost for buyer or recipient — though the latter might regret that, as they’d love to stick the former with customs fees.
How long between order and delivery?

How do I know the package was actually delivered to the bastard?
You can forward the gifts with tracking (registered mail), which is completely unnecessary and expensive. You post it — you know you sent it.
Why wouldn’t it arrive?
Still plagued by agonizing uncertainty and sleepless nights? Oh, then just call the bastard and ask how they’re doing …
Can I include a message with my order?
No problem — the shipment sits accessible in the mailing bag or carton. So off to the printer: enclose a little note or a shipping label with kind regards!
